The Beijing Customs Declaration Association held a work conference on the demonstration units of the "Standard for Agency Customs Declaration Services"

  In the review of the first batch of national standard implementation demonstration units of the Customs Declaration Service Specifications of the China Customs Brokers Association, eight member enterprises of the Beijing Customs Brokers Association won the honor. They are: Yuntong Anda, Kerry Datong, ordinate, Beijing Yongcheng Shijia, Jinhaijie, Shunfeng Express, Zhongbao International, Huajinshengyuan. In order to further effectively implement the Service Standards and fully leverage the leading role of demonstration enterprises, the Beijing Customs Declaration Association held the first batch of work exchange meetings for demonstration units on December 4, 2020.

The attendees of this work conference include Wang Jijun, leader of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, Yu Guosheng, Vice President of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, Feng Na, Deputy Secretary General, Zhao Xuemin, Director of the Office, and the heads of the first eight demonstration units.

At the symposium, the eight first demonstration units spoke one by one on the measures, progress, effectiveness, problems, and suggestions of implementing the "Service Standards" in their respective enterprises.

听取各企业代表发言后，副会长余国胜首先肯定了各示范单位在落实《服务规范》中所做的各项工作，他表示，各企业应持续开展对《服务规范》的深入培训，认真领会《服务规范》的精髓，要充分与企业的实际工作相结合，并大胆创新，做到行业有要求、企业有标准，落实有措施，使企业各项工作有条不紊进行。

会领导王继军在总结讲话中表示，感谢各单位积极参加《规范》示范工作，肯定各单位在示范工作中的好经验、好做法。如嘉里大通公司以集团公司牵头各分公司参加，成立示范工作领导小组，加强对示范工作的统一组织推动。永诚世佳公司组织《规范》的全员培训和考核，确保学习效果。锦海捷亚公司把《规范》的要求和AEO、ISO标准结合起来对公司的规章制度进行修定，使之同时适应三项制度的要求。在肯定前一阶段工作的同时，进一步提出三点意见：一是各企业领导要高度重视《服务规范》的示范工作，亲自参与，亲自过问，作为“一把手”工程抓落实；二是要把《服务规范》的培训考核与企业员工的绩效考核相结合，做到全员知晓、全员参与；三是要把企业内部的各项作业标准相融合，认真梳理、修订、完善企业的各项规章制度，建立一套完全能够经得起工作考验的管理制度，使其成为助推企业发展的利器。

       通过会议交流，八家示范单位学习了兄弟企业的经验，明确了努力方向，架起了沟通桥梁，大家一致表示要继续认真落实《服务规范》，做到知行合一，充分起到示范单位的引领作用。

       北京报关协会希望通过此次会议，使各示范单位充分认识到落实《规范》的重要性，高标准落实《规范》的要求，使企业可以不断从中受益，从而带动更多的企业加入到示范单位的行列中来，共同携手促进北京报关行业的健康持续发展。
